Our main session is on Monday nights at the Sennoack Centre and is based around a coached swim. We run other sessions through out the month including running, cycling, open water and transistion training depending on the time of year.

All our members recieve coaching from our coaching team of Jimmy and Paula George. Both a British Triathlon Qualified and King Sport International Coaches.
